Mon Élan operates state-by-state under coverage-gated launch architecture. We launch in each state only when foreign qualification, clinician licensure, and pharmacy partner coverage are all in place.

How coverage works
Why we don't launch everywhere at once.
Telehealth in the U.S. is a state-by-state regulatory environment. To prescribe in a state, a clinician must be licensed in that state, the practice must be foreign-qualified, and the pharmacy partner must have multi-state coverage. We refuse to launch before every component is ready.
01
Foreign qualification
Mon Élan Medical, P.C. is foreign-qualified into each operating state. We don't accept patients in a state until our practice is properly registered there.
02
Clinician licensure
Every prescribing clinician is licensed in your state at the time of the visit. The licensure matrix is updated monthly and audited quarterly.
03
Pharmacy coverage
Confirmed pharmacy capacity for prescription delivery in your state — both brand-name and personalized protocols. We don't activate a state without the supply chain in place.
