Compounded GLP-1 is offered only when a documented clinical difference cannot be met by an FDA-approved product. Cost, insurance denial, and patient preference are not lawful clinical differences.
For the vast majority of patients, the FDA-approved branded product — Wegovy®, Zepbound®, or Mounjaro® (and Ozempic® where T2D is the indication) — is the right standard of care. Mon Élan does not prescribe compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide as a default, and we do not sell convenience packages that route patients away from the evidence base.
Pricing varies by brand, dose, and dispensing pharmacy. Your Mon Élan membership covers your clinical relationship — medication is billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy at its published cash price, and the exact figure for your visit appears in your portal before you authorize routing.
