Peptide therapy, prescribed clinically.

Mon Élan is a medical practice, not a marketplace. Peptide therapy is prescribed by your physician at a documented clinical encounter when it's appropriate for your specific case — never as an off-the-shelf product. Compounded by our 503A pharmacy partner against a patient-specific prescription. Lab-tracked. Never marked up.

Scope of practice

What we treat with peptide therapy.

We don't publish a list of specific compounds on the public site. Whether peptide therapy is appropriate, and which preparation, is a clinical decision your physician makes after reviewing your labs and history.

Clinical area

Endocrine support

Therapies that support the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, often used alongside hormone therapy. Prescribed based on lab work and individual clinical picture.

Clinical area

Recovery & sleep architecture

Therapies that support tissue repair, growth-hormone-axis function, and the deep-sleep phases associated with recovery and consolidation. Patient-specific titration.

Clinical area

Cellular & metabolic

Therapies that support mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, and biomarkers commonly measured in lab-tracked care protocols. Always paired with quarterly labs.

Clinical area

Topical formulations

Compounded topical preparations for skin quality, post-procedure recovery, and collagen support. Prescribed when there's a documented indication.

What's out of scope

Why our scope is what it is.

Mon Élan prescribes only peptide therapies that fall within established 503A clinical practice and have sufficient peer-reviewed safety evidence. We do not prescribe experimental or research-only peptides regardless of market demand or patient request. We follow regulatory and clinical-evidence updates, not trends.

We deliberately do not publish a list of specific compounds — either what we do prescribe or what we don't. That list itself creates the appearance of a menu, and Mon Élan is a medical practice, not a peptide marketplace. Your physician will explain what is and isn't part of your individual treatment plan at the visit.

Our scope follows FDA's 503A bulk-drug-substance framework and Mon Élan's internal Protocols Master. When that framework evolves, our scope evolves with it — never before formal reclassification, regardless of market pressure or patient demand.
